At Atherstone Landscapes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of receipt.

Please note: we do not accept returns on all paving, block paving, edging stones and any special orders.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the company.

Item Condition

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unused, and free from any damage.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging should be intact and in their original condition.

Proof of Purchase

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return process.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
  • We will promptly evaluate the issue and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refund Policy

Refunds must be within 14 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and are at the discretion of the manager.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account, as this is subject to the processing times of your bank or credit card company.
