We aim to deliver goods within 1-4 working days subject to availability.
We offer kerbside delivery only. We do not drive our vehicles onto driveways, across grassed areas or any uneven or unsuitable ground. Any special requests will be at the driver’s discretion and will only be carried out if it is safe to do so.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is adequate access to the delivery address.
The road must be wide enough for large lorries, roughly the same size as a dustbin lorry. Overhanging obstructions may impact delivery such as overhead cables and trees. The height needed for Hiab delivery is 4 metres.
We are unable to give specific time slots for deliveries however, when possible, we can indicate whether it will be a morning or afternoon delivery.
If we are unable to delivery your goods due to any of the following reasons, then a charge £30.00 (inc vat) will be required for re-delivery. The re-delivery fee must be paid prior to the items being re-delivered.
- Insufficient access.
- Issues on the approach to your location that you have not informed us of prior to delivery eg, roadworks in your street, parking restrictions or an unsuitable off-loading area.
- Incorrect address being given.
Please be aware that drivers are unable to dispose of packaging materials, including pallets and bulk bags. It is the responsibility of the customer to appropriately dispose of these items.
Our delivery charges are for deliveries up to 12 ton in weight or I full lorry load.

We strongly advise against scheduling builders or tradespeople solely based on delivery dates or timeframes. It is recommended that you receive and verify items from us before initiating any preparatory work. We cannot accept liability for any costs incurred due to delivery-related issues.
